How certain categories of the population can get into reimbursement system
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 5, 2012
No. 321 “On approval of the procedure for providing technical and other means of rehabilitation for persons with disabilities, children with disabilities and other certain categories of the population and payment of cash compensation for the cost of self-acquired technical and other means of rehabilitation, lists of such means” (as edited in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 362 dated April 14 2021), the following categories of the population are entitled for free receipt of technical and other means of rehabilitation:

Persons with disabilities

Children with disabilities
-
War veterans
-
Elderly people
-
Women, girls after mastectomy, sectoral resection of mammary gland, quadrantectomy and with developmental disorders of mammary glands

Children with musculoskeletal disorderschildren under 18
-
Persons covered by the Law of Ukraine"On the status of military service veterans, veterans of the internal affairs bodies, veterans of the National Police and some other persons and their social protection"

Step 1
You submit an application with a full package of documents

Step 3
You receive from FSPD (Fund for Social Protection of the Disabled) a notification of the decision made and the referral formed through ASC, means of telecommunications
Clause 17 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 321 dated 05.04.2012 (as amended) -
Step 4
You personally contact the company selected in Step 2 with a statement of intent to be provided
Clause 26 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 321 dated 05.04.2012 (as amended) -
Step 5
You have the right to change the company to another within 14 calendar days from the date of contacting it, if you wish
Clause 27 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 321 dated 05.04.2012 (as amended) -
Step 6
At the company, means of reahibilis selected for you and an order for individual rehabilitation equipment / a questionnaire for serial rehabilitation equipment is formed. You check and sign the order / questionnaire

Step 7
You sign the order / questionnaire (again) and the work acceptance report after trying on the finished individual rehabilitation equipment, if it suits you

Step 8
You get rehabilitation equipment, owner’s manual and warranty repair card

- Використовувати ТЗР за призначенням
- Неухильно виконувати настанову щодо експлуатації ТЗР
- У разі несправності ТЗР надавати його підприємству для ремонту
You are not allowed to sell, gift or transfer rehabilitation equipment during the period for which it is given
