Hinged ankle / foot orthosis

description
characteristic
specifications

Orthoses are external orthopedic devices designed to correct, stabilize and compensate for disorders of the musculoskeletal system, as well as provide protection and relief for joints.

A hinged ankle / foot orthosis, or gait orthosis, is needed to support ankle movement in only one plane.

Mobility is ensured by internal tamarack splints made in the USA by Becker.

Every day, the human ankle joint is subjected to enormous load. Few people think about this as long as the entire mechanism works smoothly, consistently and without failures. However, injuries, improper load distribution, and disorders of other body systems often cause thousands of people to suffer from diseases associated with this part of the body. And in this case, orthopedists recommend not to hesitate, but to purchase an orthosis for the ankle joint.

Tellus Prosthetic and Orthopedic Care Center manufactures prosthetic and orthopedic products tailored individually to the patient.
Here you can purchase an ankle orthosis that will help restoring your health.

It is the ankle that is most often exposed to stress and injury. But considering that this particular part of the body is responsible for functioning of the entire musculoskeletal system, damage to it and neglect of treatment can ultimately lead to the most undesirable consequences, in particular, disability. To avoid this, doctors strongly recommend purchasing an ankle orthosis (fixator) if you experience the slightest discomfort or pain.
