Tellus is the only private company in Ukraine that manufactures orthopedic footwear based on custom lasts using three-dimensional scans. The specialists produce custom orthopedic footwear for all types of foot deformities, regardless of their complexity.
The main challenge in the production of custom footwear lies in the incorrect measurement of the patient’s foot.
Unlike manual measurement and adjustment using standard lasts, the automation of this process minimizes the risk of error and allows for the consideration of all anatomical features of the foot. This is especially important for patients with pathologies, diabetes mellitus, various foot deformities, and others.
We use two-dimensional and three-dimensional scanners manufactured by Paromed (Germany), which are considered the best in the orthopedic market. These scanners make it possible to reproduce an electronic model of the foot, accurately replicating the patient’s limb.
Using specialized modeling software developed by leading global companies in this field, complex lasts can be designed for any type of deformation. High-precision milling machines allow for the production of lasts of any shape and complexity. There is no equivalent equipment even in the CIS countries.
Our technicians have undergone training in Germany, where they learned foot scanning and the modeling of custom lasts from top specialists. They also regularly participate in advanced training through Ukrainian and international educational courses and seminars, continuously improving their professional skills in footwear manufacturing.
Our in-house team of professional designers constantly expands and refines the collection of models. Our footwear combines attractive design with therapeutic properties. All products undergo multi-stage quality control. For the production of custom orthopedic footwear, we use special imported and domestic components and high-grade materials commonly used in the footwear industry. Only genuine leather is used in the manufacturing process.
